The IT Center of the Staatliche Naturwissenschaftliche Sammlungen Bayerns (SNSB)

• is serving as SNSB data repository for biodiversity research data
• is setting up IT infrastructure for SNSB collection data to establish stable workflows from data entry to open and free online access
• is building up specific software in the context of the Diversity Workbench developer platform
• is serving as GBIF data provider for collection data hosted on the servers of the SNSB
• is maintaining and developing the IT infrastructure for the German GBIF Node for Evertebrata II and the German GBIF Node for Mycology.
• is organising IT workshops (see Upcoming Workshops and Workshop Archive)
